Hello Bigger Pockets Community!

My name is Jason Narayan, and I am a future real estate investor. From an early age, I have always know I wanted to have my own business, and as I am in my last semester at the University of Cincinnati, I know that now is the time to get the ball rolling!

My interest in Real Estate stems from my family owning a duplex near the University of Cincinnati, where my sisters and I all attend.Over the years, my parents have allowed me to take over paying the bills, maintenance, and leasing of the house.

The more I learn about real estate, and see its benefits in action, the more I am sure that I want to make my business around it.I have educating myself on different investment strategies/outlets and plan to start making investments here soon.As I have only a few K saved up, Tax Liens are sticking out to me as good, inexpensive investments if I do my research.

I appreciate all the more experienced members sharing all of their knowledge and I look forward to reading.

If you have any advice for me it would be greatly appreciated!

Also, if you live around the greater Cincinnati area, I would love to connect with more like-minded investors/entrepreneurs.If you have already started your real estate portfolio, I would even be interested in working for you to get some more hands on experience about the trade.

Look forward to connecting with you all and learning from you!

Jason
