If I were you and was dead set on selling these here is what I would do.1)  list them on MLS for retail value2) list them on FSBO, craiglist, the marketplace here and any other website where you can list them.  

Check out the market place, I've posted a few Cleveland homes in that price range.

@Debra Gross 1)  some lenders  have loan amt limits ...Rocket likely  has a  limit set  so that they are  able to  resell their loans  in  2ndary marketplace  or through to investors   and  I am guessing a 90K loan doesnt fit in  2)  let me know if you would like a  OH  loan officer  and  I can  refer a  colleague that  should be able to assist 

We have 3br units in a region with very little turnover and an anti-pet rental marketplace. 

I posted it on Facebook Marketplace, RentRedi and Apartments.com and nothing much has come through other than a lot of messages and a handful of showings.

So it would be a web app that would allow a landlord or property manager to create a questionnaire for prospective tenants.They would either post the link of the questionnaire on a marketplace or send it directly to the prospective tenant but the unique part is that once the applicant starts filling it out, the landlord or PM can then respond to each answer, almost like starting a conversation with the applicant within the questionnaire.
