Interested in Age-in-Place in Austin, Texas

I am very interested in the senior market and would like to flip houses by making them Age-in-Place ready. Call it my niche. I have completed the National Association of Homebuilders Certified Age-in-Place Specialist courses and will soon undertake the studies necessary to receive the CSA designation, Certified Senior Advisor. I know Austin is a very competitive flipping market and I am willing to look in the surrounding areas, and possibly San Antonio as well. I have renovated one house in Austin as a Buy and Hold, though not with Age-in-Place features. Need to learn more about flipping and acting as my own contractor, and also find a good realtor who has experience in both flipping and Age-in-Place. Too much to ask? Thank you all in advance.
