If you are foreclosed on, and the mortgage company takes away your home, do they also come back to you for any balance on the house that they were not able to make up for.

I relocated to Vegas last summer because taxes and insurance in Florida has gone through the roof (thanks to all of the huricanes) making it extremely difficult to have cash flow.

Then I'd slam every looney I could onto my LOWEST BALANCE mortgage to get rid of it.
