submitting a bid without an agent thats listed
I have submitted several bids through an agent without and agent what would I need to do to submit a bid or to see the property call the listing agent. I know some properties and I'm not talking about the code box's need some type of other device to access the home. I know on several occasions I've went to look at properties without my agent and some I was not unless he was with me because he had this device. If I don't go with an agent is the listing go to try to represent me in this case isn't that called a dual agent. Without driving to the property is there a way to get the listing agents number.
