Run their errands, create their documents, load their listings in MLS, complete a market analysis, fetch their coffee, place signs and lockboxes, hold open houses, etc.

So I am thinking about going the FHA route, since being single with a not so awesome salary it would take me a few years for a 20% house down payment.I'd be open to buying a duplex (but theyre mostly out of my price range) or something big enough to "house hack" and get help paying the mortgage.

I personally keep my thermostat at 67, but in the middle of the winter here, it’s not uncommon to see someone with their door open to cool the place down.

I had my plan and strategy all worked out - complete a few value add projects on my home by end of May, refinance, ARV opens up about $90k in equity.

Still open to all possibilities.

It looks like they will either take at least part of our yard or the whole house.Our lot is .83/acre so I asked at the open house in December if we could move our house further into into lot.
