Real estate attorney

Hi @Amanda Han,  I’m very early in my investment career with one rental property and I’m the process of trying to acquire a second. I was listening to episode 275 of the bigger pockets podcast which was an eye opener as far as having appropriate leases as well as the importance of speaking to an attorney to make sure I’m being compliant with local laws.

I was wondering if you had any recommendations for real estate attorneys regarding these matters. I figured it would just be a blind shot for me to pick and thought of you since I live in La Habra, CA just about 5 minutes from your office in Fullerton. Any help or guidance would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

P.S.  I’m currently on pg 47 of your tax strategies book and thinking of trying the “weekend sandwich” out regarding vacations in June for a real estate conference in San Francisco, hopefully works out hahah.
