I'm not saying that would have caused us to walk away from the home, but that was a somewhat "unpleasant" surprise.Interestingly, the covenants also dictate all homes in the subdivision will have two car garages. 

same with car dealers.and all other manner of small business.I think what happens here is folks know they cant become a car dealer with little or no money. 

I was literally getting in the car to start driving around; when your message popped up.

It’s been two days but they still have their cars in the driveway, and have some stuffs in the house and garage.

I have always had a HUGE spending issue in my car hobby. 

Regardless of what your friend think of him, buying a real property (a car w/o title), a house that has cloud title, from him, your parents, children does not change the situation.

Burning one parties car was the way one of the parties involved decided to handle the situation.Best part about the car fire was one of the parties forgot which car was owned by the tenant.

I personally think that they are only going to enforce issues like this when the cops are called to a residence for parties, too many cars parked in the streets, loud music, etc. 

Even car claims are difficult, something with any judgment needed would be much harder.
