Thank you, I've previously requested a copy of the new Rules & Regs, and now have also submitted the request stating I need them even if I need to order and pay for a whole resale disclosure package, although that shouldn't be required for a long-term owner who just wants the Rules & Regs

etc.I set up terms that both parties agree upon, and secure with promissory note etc.

She needs to get rid of the extra plants or you will be forced to non renew if she is m2m or evict if on a term lease.  

Consider if a modified schedule would work (like Tue-Thurs in the new town), or if you could drive there and back Mon morn and Fri afternoon...not for long term, but just long enough to keep the occupancy a few months longer.
