Just bought my primary home but will have to move due to job relocation. Can I rent i
Hi, I bought my primary home a few months ago with only 5% down with a great interest rate. I just recently found out that my company is closing mid summer. I am currently looking for another job but most that are in my career are 3hrs away. I understand I have to live in my new house for 1 whole year but that might not be possible if I move. Will it be mortgage fraud if I were to rent it out? Or do I have to sell it? What are my options? Thanks!
