Marijuana grow in SF rental garage

I mean... You read the title... That's what brought you here.  I can't help but to laugh.

I was aware that my tenant had 1 plant and a medical marijuana card, which I was 100% OK with.  She's a single mom with 2 kids.  Lady needs her meds...fine.  So, for the last few months she's submitting reports about breakers tripping (no pun intended), so we send an electrician out, and he finds a 20 plant grow with massive lights throughout the garage!  That's why the breaker won't stay on!  (IOf COURSE I'm not paying for that electrician).

This is in Oklahoma City, where Section 1 A.3 and 4 of the State Question 788 (7) states "an individual can (A.3) legally possess six (6) mature cannabis, and (A.4) legally possess six (6) seedling plants."

Did I mention it's a Section 8 rental?

So, my question to the forums is... What would YOU do?

An anonymous tip to the police for a grow house may solve the problem for you.  You can also remind her that 1 plant was the maximum and she is well over the legal limit.  She needs to get rid of the extra plants or you will be forced to non renew if she is m2m or evict if on a term lease.  That is way too much potential damage to let continue.
