This almost seems like a loophole, that I could buy a house which had multiple rooms per unit.

Tenants who inform the LL that they walk around naked have been the death of many landlords I hear. 

I am thinking about starting with Wholesaling and/or Flipping, moving to Buy and Hold strategy.

The note has already stood unpaid for 10 years.I am hoping the bank may be interested in buying the property from me so they can re-sell it with a clear title.
