New member introduction, FL

Hello everyone, 
My name is Igor.

I recently joined BP community. I moved from abroad to USA 2 months ago (from Poland, originally I'm from Belarus) and now living in Miami, FL, having my greed card.

I have no real estate background, my carrer abroad was focused on IT sales, such as software and hardware products & services. However I read books about real estate and thought that when I come to the USA, I'll start building my real estate portfolio, so here I am.

I read several real estate books in the past, but now started to explore more while I'm in the USA. I started with some youtube videos, as well as reading BiggerPockets Ultimate Beginners Guide. Moving forward with meetups, books, videos, etc. Currently reading The Book On Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner.

I am eager to real estate investing and would be happy to network and learn more. If you're newbie or experienced investor in Real Estate, I would be happy to meet in person to discuss real estate and share knowledge/thoughts/network, feel free to reach out. 

In case you are interested, I would be happy to help you with finding right properties, analyzing, managing, investing and more in exchange for your knowledge and experience sharing with me. I am able to dedicate up to 2-4 hours/day for this.

Also, I would be really thankful to everyone who can advice me on podcasts, books, courses, meetups, etc. to help me build my was in Real Estate investor. 

I am thinking about starting with Wholesaling and/or Flipping, moving to Buy and Hold strategy. Thinking about starting in Florida.
