Rate was 3.99% for first 12 months when I opened it and after is at 2.75% + prime, which is 3.25% currently for a total 6% rate.I was able to get this line of credit because I deposit rents each month into wells business accounts as well as my Amazon Ecommerce store.

I get a phone call from my tenant stating that the wanted to know where I would like for them to put my appliances because the went out and bought all new one for the rental house I responded that I had no intention to store appliances for a year and had no idea that they were planning to buy appliances.
