I have be investing in Real Estate in Maryland since 2009.   I have done a few flips, but most of my deals are buy and hold. I have currently done more than 100 deals.  I have also set up a Property Management Company, which currently manages more than 110  properties in the Baltmore  City/Baltimore County.
