Hi all! I am a freshly retired school teacher ready to bring better homes to our communities and produce more than a teacher's salary. I have done three rehabs, two over ten years each while I lived in them and my childhood home after my Dad's wife passed in 2010. I enjoyed making the home I moved into, brand new in 1957, brand new again. I have been working with a national network of real estate redevelopers learning the multifaceted world of REI and have my first deal in Richmond. Looking forward to applying what I know and some sweat equity to make the most of this first professional experience.
