Good morning my name is Shawn and I have a question not to postive where to post this one so sorry if it does not go to the right place. I have a rental property that I furnished the appliances in besides the dishwasher. I get a phone call from my tenant stating that the wanted to know where I would like for them to put my appliances because the went out and bought all new one for the rental house I responded that I had no intention to store appliances for a year and had no idea that they were planning to buy appliances. So they sent me in writing (text message) saying that I could keep the appliances when the left I said okay that will work then we'll they decided to move out before the end of there lease and have taken the appliances with them my question is am I screwed or with the text message would I be able to fight this in court any responses will be helpful thanks in advance.
