New to BP!

Hi everyone! I am new here and this is my first post! I've been listening to the Podcasts during my store deliveries as a bakery owner. They have all motivated me to be more active as a real estate investor and to really learn as much as possible. I bought my first rental property this past August and it is now up for rent! My husband also has one rental property and we are both working on getting more deals in the near future. I am so inspired and amazed at how quickly some people accumulate properties. Their stories really hype me up into buying more! Hoping to connect, network, and learn from everyone here and from the forums, webinars, podcasts. I am open to everyone's advice on how to get the ball rolling and eventually buying a second property, then a third, a fourth, and so on.
