Any ideas on how to access this public data such as an 3rd party vendors or direct just as the Listsource folks use to provide an equity % lists?

If you want an extra layer of obscurity, get a trust so your name isn't tied to assets in public records.

I had some health issues and I need to get back into going to the various REIA clubs and events. 

So like setting up drip campaigns are very generic and in most cases seem odd to send to someone i met out in public or door knocking.

Do you think you'll have to bump up the health insurance numbers as you age?

It's difference separates it from the I-35 corridor market dynamics allowing it to stand on its own instead of being a commuter community.I don't live or invest in Lockhart but appreciate that it has a stand alone economy that isn't dependent on the economic health of Austin or San Antonio.

Look at the properties, the vehicles, the public transportation, the yards, the businesses etc.
