you beat me to the punch about Ocwen.Back in the day when things turned I was going to set up a short sale division in my Re company... so I thought I would do a few myself so I knew and understood how they worked then turn them over to my team.. well first one I try is with Ocwen it was such a pain I just completely gave up on the idea..

But I met a father son team at investor meeting and they are buying up city houses and rehabbing them beautifully to rent or sell to another investor..Its win win as homes are being rehabbed nicely and there is a decent profit margin because these homes in the city are low cost to begin with.This particular multi family was a Craigslist ad..Thanks for your reply

I was doing a lot of the work myself, but im running out of hours in the day, and would prefer to starting building a team of people who are experts at what they do.  

I think all together I have a good team assembled for flipping houses!

Team members and financing are important too.  

I will certainly follow your advice, and have been using the keyword alert feature and forum search to meet those like-minded industry partners.With respect to experience, in addition to my business/finance background we have team members with experience in Development and rehab, both on major commercial developments in key markets as well as retail and industrial in several markets along the Eastern seaboard (e.g.
