Hello BP Team: I am a investor based out Alpharetta, GA and currently in to buy and hold.

 In next couple months, I am looking to doing a flip and get my feet wet.  Ideally would like to do a smaller project and learn from it and gain experience. Focus area for now are Alpharetta,Duluth. Cumming or Suwanee   Want to network with fellow BP flippers and contractoes who are currently doing this.
