4 unit multi family 8br 4 ba.  3 units currently rented ..block construction..window ac's..for sale for 55k..in 32219

Is this a good deal with 12 k in back taxes owed? Does a new purchaser have to pay the back taxes? What are insurance costs on a multi family?

Replied

It is in your interest to pay back taxes as to not do so would add a lien against your property, at best create a 'clouded title' and subject you to a tax foreclosure.

Are you buying at auction from a tax lien?
