Updated about 9 years ago,
20 years old and looking into investing in real estate.
Hi everyone, my name is Shane. I've spent the past 2 years doing everything I can to move to the Portland area for the Investing opportunities and to hopefully have an early retirement someday! I'm going into the Utility Lineman union for PGE to save my first 30,000 and invest it, into what is hopefully, a successful house flipping this summer. I have my dad's help who is a builder, and my aunt who owns a successful art & faux company, and me. I have 2 years experience as a Regional Manager for a Heating and Cooling company. 3 years of welding experience and certifications, Electrical experience, and concrete management experience. I think all together I have a good team assembled for flipping houses! Along with 2 family members that are successful real estate agents! My goal is to earn 100,000 and to turn it into 1,000,000 by 30. I'm sure everyone has, or has had, the same goal in their 20's. But I don't want to get to 30 and regret not at least trying. I also own a company based out of Helena, MT. Lumberjack cleaning, we have a few local commercial cleaning clients that I still operate out of Portland for extra income. Anyways, that all from me! I hope to hear from some of you, and would love to talk investing anytime if anyone would like!
Sincerely,
Shane Short
