They had redone the roads, keep the grounds maintained, clean bathrooms, a big meeting room/building for parties, a fishing dock (although it was on dry land at the time due to drought),  even rental spots for RVs were nicer so they pulled an upper end crowd.From what I've seen in my immediate area (and I've researched it), if you have cabins at a trailer park rent pretty decently.  

(although city of Waukesha is the one (and really only) spot in that county that's pretty even that way, but some people are still foaming at the mouth 24/7, while guy in next cubicle couldn't care less!

Hello Robert, as you've seen already, quite a few of us Buffalonians around here and yes indeed it has been quite sunny lately. 

The property is located in my wholesaling "sweet spot" (No intention of any rehab due to the location.)

You can often spot these buildings due to precipitous price declines on the MLS as potential buyers run away.

In the same market we can run a single TV spot for around $35.

Hi everyone,I fired my propertymgmt company today, due to negligence and scamming me.I stopped by my properties and what I heard from the tenants about work orders not being taken care of on timely manner and figuring out I was being charged for work that never was done, I fired them on the spot! 

If on site they tend to be quieter and sometimes you can fix on the spot.
