I have been lurking at BP for quite sometime and decided it is time to join and get wisdom and advice. Like most here my goal is to formulate a plan to generate wealth building, but the end game for me is likely very different. My end goal is to create a real estate business that will sustain all my special needs son's requirements for his lifetime via a special needs trust.

I have zero experience in real estate investing and I'm in the investigation phase right now.  I do not know anyone with a special needs child attempting anything like I am contemplating.

Thanks for listening and hope to get sound advice on time requirements and wisdom the BP forum can provide regarding using real estate as a venue directly for the care of family members with special needs.

Thanks

Robert
