I am guessing that most of the vendors have a backlog of several weeks.

If you can consistently meet with 2-3 people each week, you'll quickly know lots of real estate investors in your community. 

My job lets me listen to 20-30 hours of podcast a week and I've been churning through various real-estate podcasts and books for over a year now and I figured it was time to jump in the forums and start having a real conversation.As an electrician I've done just about everything in residential from new to old, giant apartment buildings to picker cabins. if anyone has a question I'm happy to help. for now I'm going to dive into the forums and help as much as I can.

I was taken aback by the sheer Income potential that was compounding in someone else’s account while I was sitting on their balcony...the calendar was booked the week before me, and the week after we were set to leave...assuming everyone paid the same rate I did...I was blown away by the $6000/month earning potential...Does anyone here have experience  with this sort of real estate investing? 

Still not convinced I can’t, but everybody is talking custom built 3-4 week wait.

Construction went from 8 weeks to 14 weeks due to a variety of reasons; main one being that I let the wrong person lead the project on the ground level, which ended up leaving things at a stand-still a week here and a week there, and those weeks and days of doing nothing adds up fast! 

I picked up a house in Evanston last week and have a SFH in Rock Springs under contract to close on the 16th. 

Been lurking for a few weeks trying to learn as much as I can about REI. 

I’ve started to network locally by attending the local REI group last week (KREIA).

We will be attending a meet up in two weeks.
