New Investor Looking For Help/Tips

Marlin Helsel
Posted

Hello Everyone,

I am a 23 year who is looking into purchasing my first home. I would like to find a small multi-unit or even a decent single family to househack. I am currently looking near the South Euclid/University Heights area, but I am not opposed to looking other places.

I would like to meet and talk to anyone who is willing to talk to me and give me any knowledge for starting out.

Thanks for all the help in advance. I look forward to getting to know many more people with my time on here for the foreseeable future!
