Bean Counter in Indy

Hello BP World,

I'm an accountant in Indy (live in Fishers). Been lurking for a few weeks trying to learn as much as I can about REI. Don't know exactly what direction I want to head. Currently, leaning toward buy and hold small multi family in B-C neighborhoods in Central Indiana, but not married to it. Eventually would like to get into large multifamily. As an accountant, I'm very numbers driven.

Would love to treat some local folks to a nice free meal or coffee in exchange for allowing me to pick their brain.
