I am 25 years old, since I was 9 my dad made me read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and 1 year an a half ago I was transferred to USA from work, in that book he talks about financial freedom and real state, so  I recently bought the book how to invest in real estate, by Joshua and Brando (I am still on page 120) however with each page my interest increased, which lead me to this forum. 

I have been helping people buy and sell STRs in Estes Park as a real estate agent for quite a few years. 

I came to try and figure out how much of a hassle real estate was likely to be before jumping in and what kind of returns I should be attempting to get. 

If real estate is just a side gig and finding deals is tough right now, it might make sense to hold onto cash and wait for a better buying opportunities.2.

REI Live is one meetup group in Sarasota put on by some major players in the area, another local one started up and has a FB group called Suncoast Real Estate Investors that was meeting monthly, there’s another larger one that meets at the Bradenton yacht club for lunch buffet monthly, and one more that meets monthly at a Holiday Inn near Der Dutchman off Bahia Vista.

Hello all,I am new to bigger pockets, but I do have experience in real estate investing with SFH rentals in Northeast PA. 

You can't say "the home is listed at $500k for easy math and homes newly renovated are worth $800k." and expect that to be real life.

Then I started listening to BP podcasts and other real estate investing podcasts and became interested in investing the money we have to work for us.

I want to get in to real estate investing and this would be my first time.
