Hi everyone! Who owns a STR or MTR in the Fort Collins, Longmont, Estes Park areas? I'd love to connect and learn about the market.

Context: I own a STR/MTR management company in Los Angeles and we're considering expanding to a STR friendly market.

    Hey @Allen Duan - DM Sent. I've got 1 STR in Longmont and a handful of clients/investor friends around the Northern CO region running the STR/MTR model. Happy to provide some insight on the state of the STR/MTR market here as regulations change drastically from city to city.
