Ask them for a few address they funded then check county records and see who the bene on the dt or mortgage is and when recorded that should tell you if they are making loans

Also the seller provided me a look into their records of profits and expenses, also they showed me their inspection report which expires middle of next year.

Hi, I'm new to wholesaling, and I wanted to know the best way to find property tax info--I've tried the public record site for Indiana, but apparently I'm not looking in the right place...I can find the property owner's info- but what about the tax or utility info- is that possible?
