have anyone heard of this company call Sun loan company? Suppose to be a private lender out of Florida? Everything just seem to good to be true! They do 100% financing

any up front fees.  Ask them for a few address they funded then check county records and see who the bene on the dt or mortgage is and when recorded that should tell you if they are making loans
