If you are only planning on clearing 10,000 or 20,000 on a deal a large portion of that profit can be eaten up by unforeseen expenses.

Hello Ryan,You should reach out to the title company that you plan on using to first find out if they work with wholesalers, some don't.

I have not done my first deal yet but have begun looking, and I plan to invest in New Castle County to start.

I spent a lot of time putting them in logical order so guests could see 2 views of each bedroom, and get a feel for the layout without an actual floor plan.
