Title company and questions and concerns
I’m a 14 year old and think I’m ready to start my first wholesale deal with my 21 year old partner. I have some question and concerns about the title company. When and how would I contact the title company to send the contract? Would I just search up the title companies contact information and email them? How would I send the title company my earnest deposit, would it be via wire or check? And how would I know who to send it to? One last question would the inspection clause require me to inspect the property myself to terminate the contract in the case I can’t find a cash buyer? I don’t believe it would come to that but I would like the peace of mind that my earnist deposit would be safe in the event it does
