When planning a home renovation, it's easy to focus on the excitement of picking out tiles, colors, and layouts—but there’s a lot happening behind the walls and floors that often gets overlooked. 

But in reality, for younger people with moderate income, I actually see less benefit to financial planning.  

Fine-tuning your savings, building a reserve fund, and running detailed ROI projections will help solidify your plan for long-term success.Good luck!
