I'm not putting all my eggs in one basket that this is the grand deal of a lifetime but I'm hoping to move forward in this process. 

If I understand the little I have read about the process, this is how it works:A regular lease is signed, just as for any rental, and in addition to that, a purchase option.

I found the properties myself, but since I'm a newbie I'd like to utilize her expertise in the buying process.

Hi everyone,I'm in the process of acquiring my first rental property, preferably in the East Valley area: Gilbert, Mesa, and Chandler, and I wanted to ask about the 'Right to Show Clause'. 

I am in the process of looking for my first real estate deal in West Michigan (Muskegon/Grand Haven area) and am trying to determine whether a cash-out refi or a HELOC on my primary residence is a better option to fund the deal.

I have some capital, I just want to learn how to find deals and the whole process.  

I have a couple deals under my belt currently, but still working on my processes and figuring out how to grow into a large scale operation.
