They claimed that if they get evicted, the wife, husband and 5 kids would be homeless as they have no place to go (mind you, we THINK this is a 2 bedroom unit - they haven’t allowed us access to the unit).

@Jason MalabuteIf the 401(k) is with her current employer it is likely locked up in that plan.If it is a 401(k) from a previous employer, she could explore rolling it over to a self-directed IRA or Solo 401(k) plan.

The Columbus Region Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) was released for public comment by the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Committee (MORPC), and it's looking bright in the capital city...the Columbus region is reaching the milestone of a 20-year population boom, with 40% growth from 2010-2030 and no signs of slowing...investing in Columbus might be the best decision you'll make as a long-distance investor.Buying duplexes...the last 12mo. average sale price across the market is $260,000, or $130k/unit...buying 4-unit properties...save some cash and plan to spend about $109k/unit...Almost forgot to mention...80% of that growth is projected to be single folks with no kids = rentersWhat's more interesting?

Hi Jean,Stock it with fish and have fun fishing all summer.Plant wild rice and maybe Ducks will show up--beautiful creatures to watch, and some people hunt them.Build a dock and toss in a small row boat....for romantic evening rides and something for the kids to play with.[1]>>> Have it tested for chemicals...some of these ponds have a years of farm runoff in them--pesticides and manure--it would be a shame if it's toxic.[2]>>> See if the sides go straight down (like a farmer scraped it out for whatever reason) and it would be dangerous vs. like a beach.Good Luck!
