Rental Properties Questions
I am currently trying to figure out which real estate route is best for me. I am leaning towards buying rental properties but don't want to be a landlord considering the time it could take up. Is a property manager worth the cost or should I consider another route? Do they handle the repairs or would I still need to take care of the bill? Any information would be helpful. Thank you

If you have high quality properties with high-quality tenants your management time will be almost zero so there is no need to decrease your profitability by hiring a manager.
