FHA Loan on a Multi Propery Bundle Deal
Hey there, question for you pros - I am looking into a multi property bundle deal. I was wondering if it were possible to do an FHA loan on this bundle? I will be planning on living in one of the units. Being a multi property of course the units will be detached being completely different structures. Also, I know the max "units for an FHA is 4 units" therefore would a four house bundle deal be the max? Or would an FHA not even qualify for any kind of separate house bundle deal. Would love some insight. Thank you!
