It's been difficult to find out more about Norther and Southern Arizona, simply because all my searches lead me to finding information that is more geared towards the Phoenix Metro Area.I'd appreciate any guidance in learning more about these markets, thank you!

Well the buyers mortgage co has informed the buyers that i do not own the property and that it is owned by the bank i bought it from.

In then informed him I had been given the clear to close by the Title company because they had the necessary documents from the court given his sellers approval and that I would be at the closing table on Friday morning to perform on my end of the deal.

Feel like there’s a lot of catching up that I need to do with all the information that’s out there.
