Hello Everyone , Here is a situation i'm in and i am worried. I had closing on a home i purchased back on 12/16/15 ,. I have worked on the property non-stop since then in order to sell it this month and had buyers lined up. Well the buyers mortgage co has informed the buyers that i do not own the property and that it is owned by the bank i bought it from. I contacted the title company and they assured me they transferred the title with the county and they indicated that everything would be straightened out ASAP !....Well the home is still in the banks name and the buyers have walked , plus i am not hearing back from the title company....

Not Happy in Penna.
