[John Flynn]

Hello,

My name is John Flynn and recently joined joined this site, Live in Mantua, N.J.since 1987 and a native of the state. I am a self-employed handyman with over thirty years experience. Started out part time and have been full time since 2003. I once carried my R.E. in the early ninety's , but with 4 young children and a full time job , it was hard to dedicate any time to the industry. A few months  ago I began building a buyer list for wholesaling and working hard to find properties. In the future, I would like to hold and flip properties and build a portfolio. Always interested in talking and meeting people with the same interest.
