Learn this CRM backwards and forwards and use it daily...lots of good YouTube videos showing how to effectively use a CRM.Personally I choose to do Open Houses, FB Ads, and FSBO's as my lead generation then use perfectstormnow.com as my CRM.Hope this helps!

I'd continue market research, study the numbers, watch tons of rehab related YouTube content, and save for a down payment.

I have learned a majority of my information from great youtube videos.I am looking to connect with someone who good possibly serve as a resource for me. 

I have been watching bigger pockets, read a few books (rental property investing by Brandon Turner, rich dad poor dad, etc.) and gone down the rabbit hole of the real estate youtubers including Graham Stephen, Meet Kevin, Bigger Pockets, etc. 

Brandon does a lot of training webinars on BP or on the YouTube channel.

@Quincy Baker, I wouldn’t recommend spending money on a course right away, don’t get me wrong it can help improve your skill set in the future but If you’re new to this industry there’s so much free information out there on YouTube, podcasts and BiggerPockets, you already got a few hours of highly valuable “free training” to watch.

I came across Bigger Pockets on YouTube and it really got me excited about BRRRR strategy and investing in real estate.

I'm new to investing my own money in real estate, but I have been studying all the material I can get my hands on from BP, listened to and watched hundreds of podcasts and YouTube videos, and I grew up in a family of agents, appraisers, and loan officers.
