Is Frisco still good bet for investment

Hi BP, I’m new to real estate market. I’m planning to buy my first single family house. Can someone suggest if it’s still a good bet to invest in Frisco Texas. Initially I want to use that as primary residence. Going forward after few months, I might rent that property.
