I’m a licensed real estate agent trying to transition into a wholesaler , I just finished reading this amazing wholesaling book, and it kept saying there is advantage to wholesaling when your a real estate agent, correct me if I’m wrong since I’m new to this career,I’m in New York , and I rarely see discounted deals on the MLS , and secondly as a real estate agent who understands other agents mindset , why would another agent want to split on a discounted deal with another wholesaler, ... how would that even work for me to assign or double cross this deal if the agent is already on the person representing the seller ?

I wanted to leverage 4 plex’s with 10-20% down live in it for a year move, do this the 10 allowed times having accumulated 40 units 10 properties, than using the cash flows to transition to commercial.

What that means for you- If you have networked throughout your unit, you could potentially have people that are PCSing in/out always fill your rental while they in transition, at the very least, double your income when compared to a traditional 1 year lease.
