In many cases, the park manager is required to live in these parks due to emergency situations. 

As a property manager, landlord, investor and agent in Texas, you will not be surprised that I disagree with the 'gloom and doom' tone of certain comments. 

I have this listing saved so I can go back and see if it actually sold, but seeing the listing history of it being marketed and pulled I would not be surprised to see this sit without a buyer and then get taken off the market again.

Our bylaws state HOA may enter if an emergency, however since the inspection company does this 4 times a year and I hardly consider this an emergency what can I do?

The only acesss needed would be for the emergency cut off switch .  

A bit unrelated - what (if any) are considered "emergency" issues that I absolutely must resolve ASAP or within a certain time frame?

I have some really funky deals and I am surprised that my title company hasn't fired me and vice versa.
