I'm actually a web developer, and a couple of years back I built a social media platform very similar to Nextdoor (Online Forums, groups, etc), except it was for an outdoor group.

I have seen some people on this platform and I think our numbers are great already.

I've heard of that platform but have never used it before.

Crowdfunding platforms - I know this is nothing profound but MOST syndicators here on BP are not on crowdfunding platforms because these platforms only seek experienced GPs, specially those who survived and thrived during the Great Recession of 2008-2009.

I'd partner with your Realtor to try the following to see if you can turn things around:-Revisit the marketing plan: How many platforms are you on?

I think VRBO attracts more middle aged people with families.Ultimately list on both platforms and see what works best for you, your area and your property. 

Relationships matter in this business and with no disrespect to this, or any online platform, there is more bad advice given online by folks who pretend to be investors than you can imagine.

You'd see decent rents but slightly higher vacancy than Minneapolis with there just being slightly less demand for rentals out there.

As a quasi-competitor (Tenant Cloud tends to cater to landlords who typically have a more robust portfolio of properties than our average user), there's really nothing bad I can say about their platform.

I am not looking for a turnkey provider but I would like the manager be able to provide basic maintenance, real estate services and have a good platform for owner documents.
