Nextdoor Advertising For Agents?

Has anybody used Nextdoor advertising/neighborhood "sponsorship" and want to provide some feedback on it? I can't find out about how much it costs, or even how the system works..

I haven't sponsored, but I stay active on my Next Door neighborhood forum. I share contractor information, saying I've used them in the properties we work on. When they're worried about folks calling and knocking on their doors, asking if they want to sell their homes, I remind them that Realtors and investors alike are looking for homeowners ready to sell. Just this week, I received a private message from a couple who needed to sell their distressed home, and a buyer asked for help finding a house. I have a home for that buyer under contract already, and we have a contract to buy that distressed home to flip. Stay active regardless.
