@Charles Seaman. I’ve stayed in many AirBnb properties in US and Europe and have never seen so much signage. I have seen maybe one sign one time. I am also owner of a condo that’s listed on Airbnb. So I will say that as a guest if I saw those signs before booking I would take a pass on the property because it makes it appear the host is very difficult to deal with. Just a personal impression. I would thus be hesitant to put so many up.
