In some cases, you can get this list from third party data services... but if you want the information to be as current as possible (which is VERY important when you're relying on this kind of data, because it changes daily), it's best to get it directly from the county.

The reason I shy away from Milton is because it's a far drive for me to drive daily for rehab purposes, but also because that's an area (in my opinion) that is more likely to be impacted by military downsizing than here or Eglin.

If you are looking to have a central heating AND central air, then you are looking at something completely different.That's exactly why I was looking Into it because the system is daily new and gas is literally right next to it.
